1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Underground Record Pool and its services. By registering, purchasing a package, submitting content, or accessing member services, you agree to these terms.
Please review the terms and the description of your selected package before completing a purchase.
2. ABOUT UNDERGROUND RECORD POOL
Underground Record Pool is a music promotion and servicing platform connecting DJs, artists, producers, radio professionals, and other music industry participants.
Services may include DJ-ready music, videos, artist promotion, featured placements, interviews, networking opportunities, and related promotional services. Your purchased package determines which services are included.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your contact details current.
Registration alone does not activate a paid membership. Access to paid content requires an eligible package and confirmed payment.
4. PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Keep your password and account credentials confidential. Membership access is assigned to the registered account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AND ELIGIBILITY
Each membership has its own price, duration, content categories, and access limits. Review these details before purchasing.
Membership does not automatically provide access to every track, video, album, genre, or premium feature on the website.
6. UPGRADES AND PROTECTED CONTENT
Content outside your package may require an upgrade or additional authorization. An “Upgrade to Unlock” message identifies content requiring a different access level.
Where passcodes are used, members must also meet the applicable package requirements. Sharing passcodes or bypassing access restrictions is prohibited.
7. PAYMENTS AND ACTIVATION
Payments must be submitted through an approved payment method. Membership or campaign activation occurs after payment is confirmed and any required review is completed.
Pending payments, including e-checks, may delay access. Members should retain their payment confirmation for reference.
8. BILLING AND RENEWAL
The purchase page must identify the package price, billing frequency, service period, and any recurring payment arrangement.
Monthly memberships are due on the first of the month unless a different schedule is expressly stated in your purchase confirmation. Annual memberships follow the service period stated at purchase.
Automatic renewal applies only when disclosed before purchase and authorized by the customer. Any price change must be communicated before it applies to a future purchase or renewal.
9. NONPAYMENT AND MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION
An active, paid membership is required for continued download access.
For unpaid monthly memberships, Underground Record Pool will provide a three-day email notice before removing download access. Members are responsible for checking their registered email address, including spam folders.
Expired or suspended access may require confirmed payment before restoration.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation instructions and any applicable refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Contact support@undergroundrecordpool.com to request cancellation or report a billing issue. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the disclosed purchase terms; it does not automatically refund a previous payment.
Refund requests will be handled according to the policy provided at purchase, any applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
11. AUTHORIZED USE OF DOWNLOADS
Music, videos, and other materials are provided for authorized professional and promotional use within the permissions associated with each item.
A membership does not transfer ownership or automatically grant public performance, broadcast, synchronization, resale, or other licensing rights. Members are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for their intended use.
12. PROHIBITED SHARING AND RESALE
Members may not:
- Resell downloaded music, videos, or other protected materials.
- Share account credentials or provide downloads to unauthorized users.
- Upload protected files to public download sites or shared distribution folders.
- Copy the member catalog into another record pool or competing download service.
- Use automated tools to scrape the website or bypass download restrictions.
13. CATALOG AVAILABILITY
Content may be added, updated, restricted, or removed because of rights-holder requests, technical issues, release changes, or other operational needs.
Specific tracks, versions, artists, or categories are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Members should maintain lawful backups of downloads they are authorized to retain.
14. ARTIST REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSIONS
Artists seeking promotion must create an account, select the appropriate package, and follow the submission instructions for that service.
Send required materials to support@undergroundrecordpool.com or through another submission method specifically authorized by Underground Record Pool.
MP3 files must be supplied when requested. Streaming links alone do not replace required audio files. Depending on the package, additional materials may include artwork, biographies, clean and explicit versions, instrumentals, acapellas, videos, credits, and social links.
15. OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS CLEARANCE
You must own submitted materials or have permission from the relevant rights holders to submit them and authorize the purchased services.
This requirement applies to recordings, compositions, samples, artwork, photographs, videos, names, and likenesses included in your submission.
Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or contains false or misleading information.
16. PERMISSION TO DELIVER PROMOTIONAL SERVICES
By submitting materials for an agreed campaign, you authorize Underground Record Pool to use those materials as reasonably necessary to deliver the purchased services.
Authorized uses may include DJ servicing, website placement, promotional emails, social media promotion, and other activities described in your package or written agreement.
Ownership remains with the applicable rights holders.
17. ARTIST CAMPAIGNS AND SERVICE PERIODS
Campaign deliverables, placement periods, and promotional activities are determined by the purchased package or written campaign agreement.
Scheduling depends on confirmed payment, receipt of complete materials, and any required approvals. Missing files or delayed responses may affect the campaign start date.
Artist campaigns must clearly identify whether their price is a one-time charge or recurring payment and must state the applicable service period.
18. PROMOTIONAL RESULTS
Underground Record Pool provides the services described in the purchased package. Promotional services do not guarantee a particular number of plays, downloads, streams, sales, bookings, or listeners.
Airplay, chart placement, record deals, income, and participation by specific DJs or radio stations are not guaranteed.
Music servicing to DJs and radio contacts is separate from commercial streaming-platform distribution. Streaming-platform delivery is included only when expressly stated in the purchased service.
19. INTERVIEWS, DJ DROPS, AND ARTIST REQUESTS
Interviews, conference calls, DJ drops, and artist contact opportunities depend on package eligibility, scheduling, and participant availability.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a particular response time, or participation by a specific artist.
20. MEMBER CONDUCT AND WEBSITE SECURITY
Users must communicate respectfully with staff, artists, and other members.
Harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, unauthorized account access, malicious software, and attempts to interfere with website security are prohibited.
Underground Record Pool may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address these activities or other violations of these terms.
21. PRIVACY AND ACTIVITY DATA
Personal information is handled according to the website’s Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy must explain the collection and use of account information, payment-related information, website activity, listening and download activity, and any location-related analytics.
Never send your password through email or a support message.
22. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Website maintenance, internet problems, payment processing delays, and other technical issues may temporarily affect access.
To report a problem, use the Contact Us page or email support. Include your account email, the affected content or feature, and a description of the issue. Screenshots may help support identify the problem.
23. BUSINESS HOURS AND MUSIC UPDATES
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
Routine music distribution and updates take place on business days. Regular uploads are not scheduled on weekends, major holidays, or announced closures.
Messages received outside office hours will be addressed during regular business hours.
24. CONTENT COMPLAINTS AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Send ownership or copyright concerns to support@undergroundrecordpool.com. Identify the affected material, provide your contact information, and explain your rights and the concern.
Underground Record Pool may temporarily restrict content or account access while reviewing a rights complaint, security issue, unauthorized sharing, or other violation.
25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may link to artists, payment providers, social platforms, streaming services, and other third parties.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Underground Record Pool does not control their availability, policies, or responses.
26. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
Underground Record Pool may update these terms as services and business practices change.
The published page will display its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Updates must respect existing purchase commitments and applicable law.
